You shall not install Sendoxi or the services provided by it if You do not agree with any of the terms in this ToS. On your usage, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to and accepted all the terms of this ToS. A legally valid contract is executed between You and Aabasoft once You agree to the ToS by clicking “I Agree” and You shall be bound by these terms until termination.

Introduction

The best-in-class delivery system of bulk messages ensures that your communication issues are properly addressed and the results are delivered at the right time. The mobile Application of Sendoxi and its website (https://www.sendoxi.com) are owned and operated by Aabasoft Technologies (India) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956, having its office at Chakolas Heights, Seaport - Airport Rd, Near Infopark, South Gate, Chittethukara, Kochi, Kerala 682037. The terms “Aabasoft”, “Sendoxi”, “App”, “Software”, Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” or " https://www.sendoxi.com " shall mean and include Aabasoft. The term “You”, “Your”, “Yours”, “User” shall mean to denote the end user who has installed the Sendoxi or access Sendoxi through https://www.sendoxi.com deems to include such user(s) availing the service of the App. By accepting this ToS, You further agree to be bound by any amendments to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or to such terms and conditions as are incorporated herein by reference.

Content Rights

Sendoxi is the owner of the Sendoxi logo, designs and layout of the App/Website and you shall not copy, modify or use the same without our express written permission.

Limitation of liability

You shall be solely responsible for the consequence of the use of the App/Website.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost or expenses of any kind, whatever and however caused whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, including loss of production, loss of or corruption of data, loss of profit or of contracts, loss of operation time or loss of goodwill or anticipated savings, even if the We were advised of their possibility.

Jurisdiction

This ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In any case, for supervisory and injunctive relief, this ToS and any dispute arising out of this ToS shall be subject to jurisdiction of city of Ernakulam. The Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala will have the exclusive jurisdiction to govern the provisions of this ToS.
